Prof. Niva Elkin Koren (Law, Tel Aviv University and TAD academic management) in collaboration with Prof. Avigdor Gal (Technion) developed a course on Responsible AI, promoting effective multidisciplinary dialogue on the ethical aspects of AI.

This viewpoint was published in the February edition of the prestigious Communications of the ACM magazine.

"The growing prevalence of AI systems, as well as their growing impact on every aspect of our daily life create a great need for AI systems which are responsible and incorporate important social values such as fairness, accountability, and privacy. It is our belief that to increase the likelihood that AI systems are responsible, an effective multidisciplinary dialogue between data scientists and lawyers is needed".

The article is authored by the course instructors Shlomi Hod, Dr. Karni Chagal- Feferkorn, Prof. Niva Elkin-Koren, and Prof. Avigdor Gal.

Prof. Elkin-Koren also leads the AI, Ethics and Law community of TAD.
