Yuval Dagan is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computer Science at Tel Aviv University. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion, where he was advised by Prof. Yuval Filmus. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT advised by Prof. Constantinos Daskalakis, during which he was awarded the Meta Research Ph.D. Fellowship.
His doctoral work was recognized with the George M. Sprowls Ph.D. Thesis Award in Artificial Intelligence and Decision Making, awarded by MIT. Before joining Tel Aviv University, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing at UC Berkeley.
