Research work
Noam Shamir is a senior lecturer of Operations Strategy at Tel-Aviv University School of Management. His research focuses on supply-chain management with special interest in information acquisition, incentives for forecast information sharing, economics of information technology and contracting in supply chains.
Shamir's research has been published in leading journals, including Management Science and Marketing Science. Prior to joining Tel-Aviv University, Shamir held a visiting position at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Shamir earned a Ph.D. from Stanford University GSB, a M.S. in Statistics also from Stanford University and M.S. and B.S.
from Tel-Aviv University.
