The purpose of this workshop is to explore different research approaches and methodologies of interdisciplinary studies at the intersection of law and computer science/data science.
The first session: "Covid-19 contact tracing apps" will focus on recent studies of Covid-19 surveillance technologies, especially contact-tracing apps, in law and CS.
The second session: "Interdisciplinary CS & Law research" will introduce a framework for promoting CS/Law dialogue, followed by a moderated roundtable exploring theoretical frameworks, methodologies, and practices of interdisciplinary studies in law and computer science.
