TAD's 3rd Deep Learning Theory Retreat, was held in Elma Hotel at Zikhron Yaakov, on October 19-20, 2025.
This event is supported by the Higher Council for Education as part of the competitive research grant in the fields of AI and Data Science that the center won in 2021.
One of the leading projects supported through this funding is the Center for Theory of Deep Learning led by Prof. Amir Globerson (Computer Science).
In the project, we take advantage of an exceptionally strong and diverse group of researchers from Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Statistics at TAU to tackle challenging questions in deep learning from a theoretical perspective.
A key aspect of this project is in forming new collaborations to uncover core questions in this area.
