Prof. Assaf Hamdani

Assaf Hamdani is a Professor at TAU’s Law School and the School of Management, a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), and the academic director of the Fischer Center for Corporate Governance at Tel Aviv University. His areas of research are law and economics, corporate law, financial regulation, and the intersection of law, innovation, and AI.
